How donations, receipts and refunds work.
Every online donation gets an email receipt. Add your PAN when you donate if you want to claim tax benefit under Section 80G.
If you donated the wrong amount or were charged twice, write to info@cancerkidssos.org within 15 days with your payment reference. We refund genuine errors to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
You can stop a monthly donation at any time by writing to us. Payments already made are not refunded.
If a child’s treatment is fully funded or changes, any extra amount goes to the next child with the same need, as explained on the Sponsor a Child page.
